Letter of the Month
The simple email survey
Dear WINSTON MARSH,
As part of a continuous process of improving the services we offer, Vintage Cellars is currently undertaking a survey amongst its Wine Club members to investigate our Cellar Press Magazine. As your feedback is important to us, it would be greatly appreciated if you could take a few moments to complete this survey.
For your chance to win a quality mixed dozen valued at over $200, please complete the survey and tell us in 25 words or less what would make Cellar Press Magazine more valuable to you.
To take part, just click on the link below to access the survey. You will immediately be taken to a Website hosted by our independent supplier - AFS. The survey should take no more than 5 minutes of your time.

As all responses will be 'pooled' together in the one report, you can also be confident that your responses are completely confidential. Please note that responses to the survey will be accepted until Monday 13th June, 2005.
Many thanks for your assistance with this important project.
Cheers,
The Team at Vintage Cellars
