Research Project: High Achieving CEO’s Views
on Contemporary Management Issues

After being on the staff of Melbourne University for thirty-five years I am now engaged in a private research project on contemporary management issues.

I want to talk with a select number of local CEOs and, as a result of my investigations, I believe that you are the type of person whose experience and judgment would make your views significant and valuable to that research. Even more importantly, your input will ensure that any proposals and recommendations that emanate from the research are both practical and useful.

I know that your schedule must be extremely busy but I would be most grateful if you are able to spare me about one hour of your time so that I can benefit from your business experience and insight.

The information you provide will, of course, be absolutely confidential to me; naturally I will be very happy to provide you with the results of the research and my recommendations.
