Good morning Mr Smith,

There are two ways guaranteed to relieve the headaches of going into business!

And the aspirin I’ve attached will do it for a couple of hours. But they won’t really help with the long term headache of getting all the accounting stuff right for your business!

And believe me, the accounting side of a new business is a big headache for lots of people. That’s why I have arranged to do something about it for people like you.

You see am I an expert at looking after people in new business start ups. I have spent many years helping people who have either started a new business or bought a new business to get their accounting up and running so they don’t have any problems with GST returns, IRD forms and all the rest. It’s what I specialise in and it’s literally the only thing I do so I’m quite an authority in the area.

In a nutshell I’ll make sure you get rid of that accounting headache forever.

Now, as we haven’t yet met, we can’t be sure whether I’m the right advisor for you and vice versa. That’s why I’d like to suggest that we get together for a chat for a half hour or so. We can get to know each other and I can give you a list all of the things that you have to do from an accounting point of view so you don’t get into any trouble. At the same time you can check me out and decide whether I’m the right accountant for you.

We can then decide whether I can be of value to you and, if I am, we can take the next step. If I’m not right for you, at the very least you’ll know what you have to do as far as the accounting side goes… what could be fairer than that?

Naturally because this is a “getting to know you” meeting there will be no charge.
