Good morning Jane!

You’re a real star!

Things have been very busy around here for the last few weeks but I did want to find some time to sit down and write and congratulate you on what a great job you have been doing.

Quite frankly I have always known that you are an excellent member of the team but it really didn’t become crystal clear until I saw how well you have been handling the Smither’s account. As you know I had always thought that the account was one that you should handle in conjunction with George because he knows and understands the client extremely well.

But when George had his unfortunate accident and with the remaining members of the team up to their eyeballs in other activity I just had to ask you to run the account on your own.

And honestly I am so glad that I did! You stepped into the breach coolly, confidently and competently and have done a superb job with very little guidance or support from anyone.

You have come through with flying colours and all of us are most impressed by what has been a stellar performance above and beyond the call of duty. But that’s not all… even the Chief Executive at Smithers is singing your praises and, as you know, he’s a very hard man to please.

Thank you for a job well done (and that continues to be well done). Your enthusiasm, empathy and business building skills are proving to be legendary!

Yours sincerely,

Debbie Warne
Chief Executive

PS I’ve reserved a two-day deluxe double package at the El Posho Hotel for you and your partner to take any time you feel like it… just so that you both know how much we appreciate your efforts. Enjoy!
