This has been a busy week for all of us. It is the first full week back after the long Holiday time and all the "Hope you had a good Holiday Season" remarks from friends. And yes, I do hope YOU had a good time!

First I attended several sessions with some experts in Social Media. Check out the link to Bruce Turkel  and his presentation at New Media Expo.  Bruce is a buddy of mine and he happened to be there and talked about the importance of your brand.

 

Also, I got to hear the amazing Jay Baer  Jay's topic was about helping not selling and how that makes a difference today in Social Media. Check out my notes there for some good, usable ideas. 

 

It was a special treat for me to hear Stephanie Sammons  who is an expert on LinkedIn. She had some exceptionally good points about how to use it for your networking. Note the controversial discussion that went on about LinkedIn's new "Endorse" program. You'll gain some good insights on that. 

 

Be sure and check out the other posts I did from New Media Expo. It's kinda' like you are able to attend, through me, even if you were not able to be there. I wanted to give you some of the best stuff, hot off the griddle as it came to me. Oh, and yes, please pardon the typos as it was slapped down there really fast in the midst of a fast-paced seminar environment. 

 

And if that weren't enough, I have something that will dazzle and amazing you this week. Watch the video interview I had with Malachi Munroe. He is a man who was written one book, working on his second, helps people with consulting and technology coaching and more. More than that, his philosophy of living life is one that can teach all of us how to live. And if that weren't enough, Malachi is 13 years old! You are going to first, drop your jaw in amazement at this wonderful guy and second, if you're like me, have a whole different sense of how good our future can be with people like him coming on board!
