 We hope that your return trip was smooth, and that you still feel as
 refreshed as you looked at the dinner table in the Windjammer
 Restaurant.

 It was a pleasure to have you, your family, Jim and Kath with us on
 the resort.

 I just read your comment card, thank you for your kind remarks - we
 absolutely agree with the need for reading lamps.  All I can say is that if
 all suppliers were as efficient as Wright's Outdoor Centre, we would
 have them in place!

 I will keep you up to date on initiatives that I put into place that you may
 get a kick out of.
