 As you know Guardian’s National conference has just concluded and I felt it necessary to write to you to say how sorry I am.

I’m sorry that you missed an opportunity to network with the other members and share valuable information.

I’m sorry you missed a great conference containing information that can be used to improve your business.

 I’m sorry that you weren’t there to find out why two of our members were recognised for high achievement.

I’m sorry you missed the report on the success of the Guardian Plus Points loyalty program.

I’m sorry you missed Winston Marsh and the truckloads of ideas to promote your pharmacy and turn it into a money making machine.

I’m sorry you missed Catherine De Vrye’s presentation on the service difference and how to make your pharmacy the only one on the block in the mind of your customers.

I’m sorry you missed the story on how a Guardian member placed a $60.00 advert in the local paper and attracted over 60 new long-term customers.

I’m sorry you missed finding out how this advert could be made into a total promotional campaign.

I’m sorry you missed the information on the Virtual Private Network and how this tool will assist you with your dealings with Guardian and in the future may provide benchmarking information.

I’m sorry you were not there with me to note all the ways we can grow your pharmacy business.

I’m sorry I let you down by not finding a way to get you to the conference.

Now for the good news!

 The good new is that I have returned with lots of ideas that we can implement in your pharmacy that will create interest and improve your business.
