Dear Name,

This Is Just A Note To Say “Hello And Welcome!”

Although as a client of Laurie A Broussard & Associates you will probably know me already because I have been part of the team for the past 6 years or so. That’s why, when Laurie decided that his health made it impractical for him to continue, it made good sense that, as a qualified Accountant, registered Tax Agent and Authorised Representative of Count Wealth Accountants, I should take over the business.

So, as you will read in the letter from Laurie enclosed, he has decided to retire on 30thMay next and I will take over the business of the firm under the name of Deborah Campbell & Associates Pty Ltd. with effect from 1st June.

I know that Laurie is delighted that he is handing the care of his valued clients to someone who already knows them and their affairs and who will continue the high standards that have always been provided.

So, may I formally extend a warm welcome to you as a valued client in my new role in my new company? It may be under a new name with a new owner but we’ll have most of the same team and continue to offer the same friendly service.

With your ongoing support, and with Laurie’s advice when needed, I’m looking forward to the challenge of operating a very successful practice. Naturally I will be look to upgrade our surroundings and services where appropriate and with this in mind, we may be closed for renovations during the first few weeks in June depending on tradesperson availability. Naturally we will still be contactable by phone or e-mail during that time.

Our current address, telephone (XXXX XXXX) and fax (XXXX XXXX) will remain the same, although, our website and e-mail details are changing and we will advise you of them shortly.

If you have any questions or concerns relating to the changeover please do not hesitate to telephone.

I look to catching up with you in the near future.

Kind Regards,

(Sign as Deb)

Deborah Campbell
