And that’s why, as the end of this year so rapidly approaches, I did particularly want to write and wish you all that you could possibly wish yourself and your family not only for Christmas but also for this very special new year … the start of a new century, a new millennium.

It’s a rare feat indeed to be around for this time too!  Many people have lived their whole life without being around when the clock ticks over a new century … let alone being around when the clock ticks over a new millennium!

So this time is an extra special time.

Maybe, apart from spending lots of time with the people you love, it could also be a time to pause and reflect on what’s really important to you in the hustle and bustle of a world that goes faster and gets madder every day.

Perhaps it’s a time to take stock of where you’ve been and, more importantly, where you’re going.  To ask yourself whether you are living your dreams or still dreaming about living.  And then maybe you should make a New Year’s resolution … a millennial New Year’s resolution … to start living the life you dream about.

It’s my belief that each of us should be living our dreams now … for one very simple reason … we don’t know how much sand each of us has left in the hour glass of our lives.  Therefore none of us know how much of this new millennium will be ours to enjoy.

So why not make a resolution that, after the magic moment of the new millennium, you’ll aim to enjoy a millennium of magic moments?
