Dear Sarah Smith

So, why am I sending you this rose?

Well the answer is quite simple. I reckoned that you’ve rarely, if ever, received a single red rose from a plumber, or any tradesman for that matter. And I wanted to do something different for two reasons.

The first reason was to get your attention and I’m sure that I’ve done just that if you’re reading this letter.

And the second reason was to highlight how different we are as plumbers because we always try to do just do that little bit more. And the rose is proof of that too.

You see we also received roses when we won the Trades & Services Category of the 2005 Community Business Awards and we won because the judges said that we were always a step ahead of our competitors.

And we stay that way by doing things differently… particularly for Property Managers like yourself.

You see we know the hassles and headaches you have when unreliable tradespeople don’t do what they promise so we just make one promise to you. When you call us to do a job…

If we don’t turn up when we promise we will shout you and your partner dinner.

That’s right! If we ever let you down dinner will be on us just to say we’re sorry because we know that you have enough headaches without your tradesmen giving you more. It’s quite simply our guarantee that we keep our promises.

Now I know that you already have plumbers you use and I can’t expect that you’d just drop them and use my services immediately but, if you ever need a plumber to solve a problem fast and on time I’d love you to give me a call anytime, 24 hours a day, and put us to the test.

And, like every thing else we do, it’ll be at the quality you would expect from the award winning plumbing company on the northern beaches.

If there is any way I can be of assistance or you’d like to have a chat please feel free to call me on 0416 215 250… my phone is always on.

Yours sincerely

Shane Howison
PLUMBING GURU

P.S. I guess I’d better be a fraction late for a non-urgent job… just so you and your partner get that dinner!
