I’m writing to you as a result

of a phone call.

 The other day a local home owner rang me and asked a question.  They wanted to know what were their obligations if they listed their property with a local real estate agent.  They wanted to know what the legal and other considerations were.

They were phoning me because they knew of me through the local Tap Dance Club and because I am the real estate expert in this area.

Now these are quite complex matters and there definitely are some traps for the unwary.  So I explained to them in a fair bit of detail exactly and precisely where they would stand.  Obviously they were delighted and thanked me profusely.

In fact they rang me a few days later to tell me what they planned to do and I’m delighted to say that they decided to use my services.  However, the point of my letter is that, if you ever wondered about using the services of a real estate agent and what it entails, you might like to ring me and have a chat.
