I purchase some books through AbeBooks.com and recently they listed out the most expensive books sold during August. You can see the list here. The one that captured my attention, being the second most expensive at $14,500, was the sixth James Bond novel Dr. No by Ian Fleming which was published in 1958 by Jonathan Cape. It was a true first edition signed by Fleming.
