Now I bet you thought you’d never hear me say that. After all, I didn’t think I’d say that but you’ve gotta give credit where credit is due.
You see just the other day I read that Telstra is going into the computer doctoring business… they’ll send a technician out to fix your computer when you call them.
So what I hear you ask.
Well here’s the reason for the hooray.
If the technician can’t fix it, its gunna be free. Yep, that’s right… its free!
How about that? Telstra is now giving a guarantee, reversing the risk by removing the fear of non performance from the customer and putting it where it belongs… with them.
That’s fantastic coz guarantees work gangbusters! So what are you going to guarantee when it comes to you and your customers?

Another ripper, Winston. This piece is perfect further reading for today’s Small Business Owner blog post. Off to add a link now. Many thanks! P.
Thanks Paul, much appreciated. The approach worked gangbusters for a plumber client of mine years ago when he said “I turn up on time or the work is free!” It built him a big business.
BTW you’re “double or nothing article today” in http://mybrc.myobnet.com/2010/10/14/the-you-beaut-double-or-nothing-deal/ should give lots of our readers food for thought. How can they use it in their business?
